Baking the perfect pizza with your Rib Pro!

note: the indirect heat attachment should be used for best results.

STEP 1

Attach Indirect Heat add-on

 

STEP 2

Load charcoal into Indirect Heat add-on - get heat up to 375 degrees approximately

STEP 3

Let dough rise, prepare dough for Rib Pro on steel sheet

 

STEP 4

Place sheet into Rib Pro for about 10 minutes to prepare dough for toppings

STEP 5

Get toppings ready for newly baked dough

 

 

STEP 6

Put marinara on freshly baked dough

STEP 7

Take toppings from STEP 5 and prepare pizza for Rib Pro

STEP 8

Place pizza into Rib Pro for 10-20 minutes at 375 degrees 

STEP 9

Enjoy your freshly baked Rib Pro Pizza!
